A correctly compiled property inventory is invaluable to letting agents, landlords and tenants. It is essential for all rental properties to avoid costly legal disputes.Without an accurate inventory, a correctly compiled check in and check out report, any dispute that does occur will be very difficult to resolve.
At the Aran Partnership we pride ourselves on the superior presentation and accuracy of our inventories. Although we use the latest software we have learned that often there is no substitute for clear, accurate descriptions supported by quality photography.
We do not use general drop down text which never quite describes the true condition or rely solely on photographs that can sometimes mislead.
